Meg Foster looks completely different today at 76

That we are all destined to grow old and grey is an undeniable fact of life (for now, at least — who knows what the future may hold when it comes to technology and science).

It doesn’t matter how much money we have, how carefully we manage our diet and exercise, how much sleep we get, or what we do for a living… sure, we may age differently, but in the end, we’re all heading in the same direction. It’s basic biology, and there’s only so much we can do about it.

Which is why it’s somewhat amusing that we can still be surprised when we see the effects of time at work. Maybe you haven’t seen someone in years, only to be taken aback by how much they’ve aged. Or perhaps you spot an old movie star you remember from childhood, only now their hair is white and their youthful energy has faded.

It’s actually interesting how celebrities age. Their appearances change as they get older — just like everyone else — but their journey through life is documented for the world to see. From film to film and red carpet to red carpet, they leave behind a timeline that people can literally follow.

Now, time for today’s not-so-subtle transition: who remembers Meg Foster?

Meg Foster over the years

Of course you do! With her captivating icy blue eyes, piercing gaze, and natural beauty, how could you not?

The American actress made her acting debut alongside Michael Douglas in Adam at 6 A.M. and later starred in several projects including The Six Million Dollar Man, Bonanza, The Twilight Zone, and Murder, She Wrote.

Once a rising talent and in-demand actress, Foster has gradually stepped away from the spotlight over the last two decades. Today, she looks very different from the woman whom Mademoiselle magazine once described as having “the eyes of 1979.”

Of course, that shouldn’t come as much of a surprise given that she is now 76 years old, but some people online still seem shocked by how much she has changed. To be fair, some comments found online have been unnecessarily harsh, while others simply point out that she looks very different from her younger years.

That said, we believe her decision to age naturally — without turning to the plastic surgery that has become increasingly common in the film and television industry — deserves appreciation rather than criticism.

In any case, Foster continues to work in film and television and has also reportedly spent time breeding horses on a large ranch she owns herself.
