Josh Duhamel’s wife Audra Mari has announced that the couple is expecting their second child together.
The pair, who married in 2022, already share a son, Shepherd, born in January 2024. The Transformers star is also dad to Axl, his 12‑year‑old son with ex‑wife Fergie.
Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari are officially growing their family.
On the evening of Thursday, March 5, the 32‑year‑old former Miss World America revealed on social media that she is pregnant with the couple’s second child.
“Adding a little girl to our story.. We can’t wait to meet you,” she captioned an Instagram carousel of black‑and‑white photos showing her baby bump.
In the first image, Mari sits cross‑legged on a bed in a half‑buttoned top, smiling softly at the camera with her stomach exposed. A second photo shows her beaming as she cradles her belly.
The couple, who wed in 2022, welcomed Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel on Jan. 11, 2024. They announced his arrival a week later with a black‑and‑white photo of his tiny feet, sharing his name and birthdate alongside a white heart emoji.
Duhamel is also father to Axl Jack, 12, whom he shares with Fergie.
In August 2025, the Life As We Know It actor spoke to PEOPLE about raising two boys — and whether he hoped for a daughter. “I just love being a dad. I love every single milestone,” he said.
He noted that his sons already have distinct personalities. Shepherd, he explained, takes after Mari’s father, a car collector. “He just loves cars… all he wants to do is get up in the seat and pretend he’s driving. Even if it’s a little tricycle.”
Axl, meanwhile, “doesn’t really care so much” about cars and is more into “soccer and basketball stats,” Duhamel said. “That’s the beauty of genetics. They all come out a little bit different.”
Before wrapping up, he praised Mari as “a great mom” and “a great role model,” adding, “Hopefully we have another one. Hopefully a girl, maybe another boy. We’ll see.”
