Tracy Tutor, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has filed a civil lawsuit accusing real estate mogul Oren Alexander of sexual assault. Oren, who is currently on trial on federal sex trafficking charges alongside his brothers Tal and Alon, has denied the allegations. All three brothers have pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges.
In the newly filed civil complaint, Tutor accuses Oren of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2014. According to the filing obtained by PEOPLE, Tutor says she traveled to New York for a dinner with Alexander and other Douglas Elliman brokers, accompanied by a friend. She alleges she was handed a drink at the dinner and subsequently blacked out.
The complaint states that her friend became alarmed when he could no longer see her at the table and went to look for her. He allegedly found Tutor in a men’s restroom stall, acting “out of her mind,” with Oren, whose shirt was unbuttoned. The complaint claims he was kissing her and touching her in intimate areas. After an argument with Oren, the friend managed to get Tutor out of the restroom but, fearing for his job, left the dinner and asked someone else to ensure she returned safely to her hotel.
Tutor says she later woke up in someone else’s hotel room, surrounded by blood, and noticed her tampon had been removed. The complaint also alleges her purse was missing and was later returned by Oren’s assistant.
In a statement to PEOPLE, Oren Alexander’s attorney, Jason Goldman, strongly denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit “salacious and demonstrably false” and accusing Tutor and her legal team of timing the filing for “maximum media impact” on the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial. He said they are confident the jury will focus on the evidence rather than “opportunistic litigation tactics.”
Federal prosecutors previously alleged in a January filing that more than 40 women have accused at least one of the Alexander brothers of rape or sexual assault over nearly two decades. The brothers have consistently denied all accusations.
