The pair were reportedly first spotted together in Courchevel in the French Alps in late 2025, Quién reports. They were later seen in Punta Mita, a picturesque peninsula 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
Baillères, a member of a high‑profile Mexican business family, is connected to Grupo Bal, a conglomerate founded by Alberto Baillères, according to Cosmopolitan. The Baillères business empire spans mining, insurance, retail, and finance, including the department store chain El Palacio de Hierro, the outlet reports.
Baillères studied at the Swiss boarding school Le Rosey and at Ransom Everglades School in Miami before continuing his education in Mexico at Colegio Vista Hermosa and Cumbres. He later graduated with a degree in economics from ITAM, according to Us Weekly.
He currently serves as CEO of Lok, an AI tech company, Cosmopolitan reports.
From 2022 to 2024, Baillères was linked to Mexican pop star and actress Belinda, who notably appeared in The Cheetah Girls 2, according to Remezcla. Belinda’s 2025 song “Heterochromia” was widely speculated to reference Baillères, as the title refers to a condition that causes a person to have two different colored eyes — which Baillères has.
The lyrics describe a relationship with someone from “old money,” further fueling speculation that the song was about Baillères, the outlet notes.
Before being linked to Baillères, Watson was most recently rumored to be dating Brandon Green, the son of fashion executive Sir Peter Green, in 2022.
During a September appearance on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast, Watson made a rare comment about her dating life, saying she prefers to date people who aren’t overly familiar with her work as an actress.
Speaking with Shetty, Watson said she wants a potential partner to “appreciate my work, but I think knowing you don’t have to navigate that extra degree of, like, weirdness is helpful, a relief.”
